Who can apply?
Candidates need a regular first-class Civil Engineering degree and a regular M.Tech or MBA from recognised universities, plus at least 15 years of senior decision-making experience in construction or infrastructure development. IT/IT-enabled-services experience is preferred.
The upper age limit is 50. Age and experience are assessed as of September 1, 2026. The notified pay scale is ₹85,000–₹1,17,600.
